Waste Warrior ("we", "our", "us") operates the Lead Tracker application. This application is an internal tool used exclusively by authorized Waste Warrior and Chippr employees. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in.
  • Gmail data: Email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date, snippet) and message content are synced to match emails to leads. We access Gmail in read-only mode.
  • Google Calendar data: Calendar event metadata (title, attendees, time) is synced to match meetings to leads. We access Calendar in read-only mode.
  • User-created content: Leads, contacts, communication logs, tasks, and file attachments that you create within the application.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and manage your session.
  • To sync and display your Gmail messages and calendar events relevant to tracked leads.
  • To provide AI-powered contact information extraction from emails and communication logs.
  • To store and display leads, tasks, and other business data you create.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. File attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2. All connections use TLS encryption. Access to the application is restricted to authorized email domains (@chippr.dev and @waste-warrior.com).

Third-Party Services

  • Google APIs: For authentication, Gmail sync, and Calendar sync.
  • Anthropic: For AI-powered contact analysis. Email and log content may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
  • Neon: Database hosting.
  • Cloudflare R2: File attachment storage.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as described above for the operation of the service. Data is only shared with third-party services as necessary to provide the application's functionality.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data removed, contact us at the email below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also revoke Google API access through your Google Account settings.
