By accessing and using the Lead Tracker application operated by Waste Warrior, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This application is an internal tool restricted to authorized Waste Warrior and Chippr employees.

Use of the Service

• You must use the application only for legitimate business purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must not share access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service.

Google API Services

This application uses Google API Services for authentication, Gmail, and Calendar integration. Use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data & Content

You retain ownership of any data and content you create within the application. By using the service, you grant Waste Warrior the right to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service's functionality.

AI Features

The application includes AI-powered features for contact extraction and analysis. These features process your data through third-party AI services (Anthropic). AI-generated results are suggestions only and should be reviewed before use.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Waste Warrior is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

Termination

Access to the application may be revoked at any time at the discretion of Waste Warrior. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
